THERMO-JAW HEAT SEALER
Simple, sturdy, dependable foot pedal operated heat sealer. For direct sealing of
unsupported films. No lamination or labels.
Constructed for hard usage. Frame and movable jaw aluminum castings, heavily
ribbed for strength - maintains sealing bar alignment. Movable jaw fulcrums on
ground steel shaft carried on lifetime bronze olite bushings.
Adjustable thermostat with temperature marked dial controls heat up to 550 F.Vi-
sual heat indicator registers heat to upper bar - lower bar is not heated. A teflonim-
pregnated cover is placed over bars to prevent seal from sticking to heated upper
bar.
Brass sheathed heating element. Three sealing bar lengths.
Flat, incline (sealing surface in 30 plane) or vertical mounting. Standard equip-
ment 110volts/AC and OSHA approved foot guard.
FOOT PEDAL OPERATED
For sealing cellophane, glassine, laminates, etc. Constructed for constant usage.
Aluminum castings. Adjustable thermostat with dial thermometer heat range up to
550 F. Brass sheathed heating elements provide uniform heat and sufficient pene-
tration. Choice of sealing bar lengths from 8" to 15". Flat, incline (sealing surface in
30 plane) or vertical mounting. Standard equipment includes 110 volt/A.C. and
foot guard.
