Unit can handle a wide variety of textile products,including T shirts,
underwear, uniforms, dresses, outerwear, handkerchiefs, slacks,
towels, sleepwear and others.
Many long sleeve garments folded without time consuming prefolding of
sleeves.
Two basic models provide a variety of folds and automatically stacks
items to specific quantities, if required.
Infra-red photoelectric sensors make precise measurements of each
piece & microprocessor controls track the items through the machine
making each fold exactly as programmed.
Crossfolds in halves, thirds or quarters.
Knife-through pinch-roll crossfolds precision work at any speed the
operator can feed.
Units can process as fast as the operator can feed at speeds up to 30
garments per min.
Comes complete with a single adjustable set of folding plates.
Interchangeable folding plates not required for different fold widths.
Fold width changes can be accomplished in less than 3 seconds.
Fold length is determined by the microprocessor controller.
Automatic dual stacking of up to 25 pieces (Depending on thickness).
