The upper lid is supplied in two area sizes and is replaced by removing four wing nuts from
latch and hinge, then re-installed.
The lower lid comes in two area sizes and is attached to the radius of the frame assembly with five flat head screws.
Permanently bonded plastisol gaskets ensure secure location of hat to frame during embroidering.
