The quick-stop mechanism facilitates
operation. The newly-developed servo
motor enables the sewing machine to stop
immediately while reducing the time
required to make the sewing machine run
at low speed until it completely stops.
Furthermore, thread trimming speed has
been increased, thereby further improving
laboreffectiveness.
A higher degress of reliability is
ensured. The safety circuit has been
improved to prevent problems.
Furthermore, a contactless pedal sensor
has been adopted and the conventional
mechanical brake is no longer used. This
means that the pedal and motor do not
require any maintenance.
A series of functions has been developed to allow the operator to make a choice on the panel in accordance with the process in
which the sewing machine is to be used.
