CHAIN REMOVAL SYSTEM WITH FOOT-LIFT ACTIVATION
Combination of a 2-way air switch for vacuum operation, a 3-way air switch for foot-lift operation, and a chain removal vacuum.
The 2-way air switch supplies compressed air to chain removal vacuum only while machine is running. The 3-way air switch acti-
vates a pneumatic foot-lift (not included) while treadle is in heeled position. Al Templex chain removal systems can be used with
any type chain cutter* on any machine regardless of manufacturer. For more information on component units see Table of Con-
tents.
TBV-304LT consistsof TBV-110LT Lite-Touch 3-position Treadle Rod Air Switch and TBV-200 Betta-Vac Chain Remover. For use
on electronic motors or clutch type motors.
TBV-305 consistsof TBV-130 2-way Solenoid Valve Assembly,TBV-138 3-way Solenoid Valve and TBV-200 Betta-Vac Chain Re-
mover. For use on electronic motors that have a 24 volt DC motor run signal.

CHAIN REMOVAL AND COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH FOOT-LIFT ACTIVATION
Combination of a 2-way air switch for vacuum operation, a 3-way air switch for foot-lift operation, and a chain removal vacuum and
a cut chain bag. The 2-way air switch supplies compressed air to chain removal vacuum only while machine is running. Cut chain
is collected and stored in the cut chain bag. The 3-way air Switch activates a pneumatic foot-lift (not included) while heeling the
treadle. Al Templex Chain Removal Systems can be used with any type chain cutter* on any machine regardless of manufacturer.
